President and Broker, Wendi Wheeler Allen

Wendi Wheeler Allen is Red Door Realty Group's President and Broker. Wendi graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor's in Finance specializing in investments. As a stockbroker out of college, Wendi honed her skills at financial analysis and has many inventive ideas on applying those skills to the real estate industry. During those early years, Wendi also worked on her sales skills by winning two awards for opening the most new accounts and was a finalist in a national sales contest.
Wendi's interest in real estate began to grow in the late 1990s. After success in real estate investing, Wendi pursued her Real Estate Salesperson license in 2001 and worked with Watson Realty Corp for two years. Wendi founded Red Door Realty Group in 2003 with a customer centric business plan. Wendi applies her skills at financial analysis, sales, and real estate to each individual customer's situation and formulates a plan of action custom tailored for them. Thinking outside the box is her specialty.

Realtor, Rezart Daragjati

"Ray" started his real estate career with Red Door Realty Group in 2005 and has been happily active since then. Rezart notes his total experience with Red Door Realty Group by simply stating, “I love it!” His prior experience includes owning, managing, and successfully selling his own business which contributes to his love of helping people. Rezart is also tri-lingual in Albanian, Bosnian, and English. Allow Ray's experience and expertise to work for you!

Ryan Pashley is a Florida native with a passion for real estate. He also graduated from the University of North Florida, Summa Cum Laude with a bachelors in Education. As an active real estate investor and agent he will help to place you in the home of your dreams or help you find the perfect investment property. Ryan believes in the highest quality of service and is always available to answer all of his customers questions as well as work through any problems that might arise. Leslie Tennant is Red Door Realty Group’s Marketing Coordinator and Realtor. Currently, she is an senior at the University of North Florida studying International Affairs and Comparative Politics with a minor in Sociology.  Her contributions to the company consist of marketing and advertising content development , webmaster,  public relations, and serving as Realtor to customers referred by Red Door Realty Group's website. Her areas of enjoyment and expertise are analyzing current local and global trends in economics, markets, including politics and world affairs. Leslie is an avid reader and  is involved in the creative arts of journalism, photography, and design.  She utilizes her artistic outlets for Red Door Realty Group’s marketing efforts and public relations campaigns. Leslie is also proficient in the French language.

Office Manager and Realtor, Rachael Carr

Rachael Carr is Red Door Realty Group’s Office Manager and Realtor. A Jacksonville native, Rachael graduated from the University of North Florida Cum Laude in 2005 with a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and double minor in Biology and Chemistry. Rachael’s vital contributions to the company include helping customers find their dream home, bookkeeping,  project management, and assisting customers. Rachael plans on pursuing her doctorates in the medical field. Rachael’s friendly voice and positive demeanor ensures Red Door's quality service.
